IMPACT OF COVID-19 ON MENTAL HEALTH OF ADOLESCENTS

The pandemic COVID-19 is a global challenge which has infected and killed peoples worldwide. Some peoples do not persist any symptom while some have fever, sore throat, cough, fatigue, weakness and muscular pain and in some cases, severe pneumonia, sepsis, acute, respiratory distress and septic shock all leading to death. It has negatively affected the economy and social integrity of countries. Along with great increase in mortality and morbidity due to this pandemic in India, COVID-19 has caused mental as well as physical health issues among general population, children, adults, elderly, migrant, workers, healthcare workers and their families. Industrial relations play an important role in establishing and maintaining harmonious relation in industrial democracy. The establishment of good industrial relations depends on the attitude on the part of both labour and Management. The maintenance of good human relationship is the main goal of industrial relations, because in its absence the whole organizational structure may collapse. It is an art of living together for the purpose of production, efficiency and industrial progress. Basically the term ‘Industrial relations’ is used to refer to the relations between the parties within the industry. No industry can flourish without the co-operation between these two parties. To achieve the objectives of industrial jurisprudence more importance is given to collective bargaining. With the new labour code more power is given to government and it diluted the collective bargaining as a rights of workers. Normative survey was adopted for the study with 200 Teachers in Chennai. The data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively to check the significant mean difference among the variables. The results revealed that there is no significant difference in professional commitment of Government and Private High School Teachers based on their Type of family, Marital status and Work experience. ALTERNATIVE EFFORTS AT CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Conflict management and Conflict Resolution have become one of the primary issues pervading world politics after the end of the World War II and especially after the end of the Cold War. Ethnicities have been expressing themselves freely under the newly established democratic systems. After the larger objective of the Nation State and its independence was fulfilled, the internal domestic compulsions led to the outbreak of internal rivalries that fractured communities. Although there are several methods used to bring communities together through the conflict management process like peacekeeping and peacemaking, the peace-building process is what leads us to a long-term solution to the conflict. This paper seeks to understand the significance of the peace-building process and the several alternative efforts made to bring this to fruition. Education is the continuous process basically focused on facilitating learning, acquisition of knowledge, various skills, values, beliefs, habits, and personal development to all. The present conceptual paper is emphasis on the effect of constructivism approach on the attitude of students towards History subject. Now a days our current education system emphasizes on students centric Teaching-Learning. The students centric teaching learning process emphasizing on memorization is usually adopted across length and breadth of Indian schools. This paper sketches the effect of constructivism approach on the attitude of the Students. The constructivism approach includes more creative thinking by adopting pedagogy. The paper also proposes the important aspects such as various strategies and need based learning in teaching-learning process for adoption of constructivism approach towards History subject. Besides this it also outlines the learning strategies and learning design required for successful implementation of constructivism approach on the attitude of students towards History subject. The present paper imbibes the effect of constructivism approach on the attitude of students towards History subject with prime objectives are (i) To understand the concept of Constructivism Approach. (ii) To discuss the effect of constructivism approach on the attitude of students towards History subject. (iii) To illustrate the Role of Teachers in implementing the Constructivism Approach for History subject. The paper focuses on exploring Kazuo Ishiguro's novel 'Never Let Me Go' using the theme of posthumanism. The objective would be to make an analogy between humanism and posthumanism and concentrate upon the shifting of focus or decentering from the human to the other non- human entities and study through different perspectives other than the human. The persistent shifting of borders to include a greater number of brings in the network or web of existence is the key matter running throughout the paper. The ever plying transcendence towards the frontier or periphery and no concrete demarcation between the ontological boundaries is the aspect that we need to give light to and make our subject of study. How Ishiguro's novel does so even without making use of the very term posthumanism is to be looked upon with an amazing sense of wonder. Since the last few decades, the idea of entrepreneurship has gained traction around the globe. For the Indian economy, this gearing initiated a competition with the rest of the world. A matter of relevance can be strongly established by understanding the need for harmonized entrepreneurship indicators which potentially prove as an information source to policymakers and other actors in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. This paper evaluates the pace of entrepreneurship in India and provides a basis for comparison with that of the developed countries. The overview is based upon variables considered important for the scope of further study in this domain. The data considered is till the extent of 2020-21, further laying emphasis on development of entrepreneurship in India and paving way forward for a self-sustainable economy. This Article entitles that, the role of Artificial Intelligence in psychology states that Psychology is the study of mental processes and behaviour of individuals. It is about artificial cognitive processes required for an artificially intelligent entity to be intelligent, learning, autonomous and self-developing. In psychology there are several specialties or focuses of study. In cognitive psychology, how the brain thinks and works. This includes learning, memory, perception, language and Logic. There is also developmental psychology that considers how an individual adapts and changes during different developmental stages and what is appropriate to consider of a human based on development. Sports psychology considers how to affect individual performance and how performance affects the individual. So Artificial Psychology for the purposes of this paper contains the artificial mental process considered necessary to create intelligent, autonomous, self-evolving, artificially cognitive systems. “Real artificial intelligence” as the simulation of actual human behaviour is often referred to as artificial general intelligence (AGI). In AGI, machines are supposed to be built in a way that makes it impossible to distinguish them from real humans. There are three areas, in which psychology needs to play a leading role:1. User Experience (UX) in the interaction with artificial intelligence. The psychological impact of AI on humans 2. Other psychological concepts, such as emotion and empathy will have to be created in the same way as intelligence for example “Artificial Empathy” to recreate a fully functioning artificial general intelligence 3. “Mental” health of both machines and human beings. Cloud computing has proposed a new perspective for provisioning the large-scale computing resources by using virtualization technology and a pay-per-use cost model. Load balancing is taken into account as a vital part for parallel and distributed systems. It helps cloud computing systems by improving the general performance, better computing resources utilization, energy consumption management, enhancing the cloud services’ QoS, avoiding SLA violation and maintaining system stability through distribution, controlling and managing the system workloads. In this paper we study the necessary equirements and considerations for designing and implementing a suitable load balancer for cloud environments. In addition we represent a complete survey of current proposed cloud load balancing solutions which according to our classification, They can be classified into three categories: General Algorithm-based, Architectural-based and Artificial Intelligence-based load balancing mechanisms. The National Education Policy 2020 (NEP) mentions that at present only 26.3 % of the relevant age group is in higher education (HE) and projects that by 2035 we will increase it to 50%. In the present era tertiary education is another form of higher education. Dr. Radhakrishnan Commission report mentioned that we cannot transform tertiary education unless we change our school system. In spite of the policies and programmes to increase participation we have not been able to provide equitable and level playing field to all children. The participation of children from the less privileged classes namely SC and ST especially girls seems to be low. Present paper aspires to study the systematic weaknesses and the reasons behind the drop-outs of the SC/ST female learners for tertiary education.The aim of the study is to know the reasons behind the drop-outs of the SC/ST female learners and to study the regulatory framework and decision making process of school education and it’s implication for Scheduled Cast (SC/ST) students w.r.t tertiary education. Researcher prepared a qualitative questionnaire which is supported by qualitative interview of the principals of the government schools... Present paper is primarily a study on the policy making process for the school sector and it’s outcome should heavily impact policy making for school education. Data is analyzed by conversational analysis and it has shown in graphical expression. Verbal responses have been noted and percentage has been given. The present study highlights the drawbacks of policies and implementation of SC/ST learners. It would be helpful to give proper direction in the area of socially disadvantaged groups. Conclusions of the study predicts the poor performance of the school regulators. The implementation of the government schemes and policies is not done properly due to poor performance of school regulatory bodies. These students do not get basic facilities as well as lack of awareness & guidance to their parents has been a major problem. This research reveals the gap between school regulatory system and actual functioning of programs & policies w.r.t tertiary education. The present study finds the solutions for better implementation of the government schemes and finds how it would reach maximum SC/ST girls and make them more access for tertiary education. It would be helpful for regulatory bodies to provide better access, services that are responsive to an identified need of people and making more & more access to tertiary education. They sit together and always talk about their society. Every member had positive thinking. They were very hard workers and enjoy of every function and every moment. They share the sorrows and happiness to each others. They had basic and social self. In the present time, people have no time. They have no time to spare even family members. Nowadays there is trend of nuclear family. it is result of advancement of science and technology. The definition of the self has been changed. In the past time self was filled with the values, but nowadays values is disappearing from the self. Each and everything has been changed in the age of science and technology.

In this research paper an attempt has been made to find out the message conveyed to youth of swami vevekananda. Swami Vivekananda desired for a modern society where all people woould be treated equally. Subhash Chander Bose called him” the maker of India”. Swmi Vivekananda was a social reformist and very inspiring personality.He was the living embodiment of sacrifice and dedicated his life to the welfare of the downtrodden and impoverished .He was the pride of Indian.He was always says that God dwells inside every heart.He triggered a new spiritual wave with his missionary, devotion ,learning a legacy of spiritual fulfillment devotion and social service. .He thought his countrymen to leave the motherland to love her poor,ignorant opprosed children,to forget self and dedicate life their uplift and together courage to break the chains of salvation. Swami Vivekananda well said that “All knowledge that the world has ever received comes from the mind; the infinite library of the universe is our mind”.Swami vivekananda has conveyed good message to youth,not only India,but whole the world. He also said that Youth of India should be more engertic and aware for social development. For this he said”Arise Awake and Stop not till the goal is reached”
